Meet A Few [More] Maillot Homes Team Members

With an ever expanding staff this past year, we wanted to provide an update on who you will see around the office or work alongside on site. These are just a few Maillot Homes staff members who bring our one-of-a-kind homes to life!

Veronica

Veronica’s career started in Venezuela where she owned her own company for over 10 years. She is an architect who has worked in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail. At Maillot Homes Veronica enjoys working with the amazing clients, making connections with local architects and being inspired by the intricate and unique homes we build. Her current passion is bridging design with construction. When not working, Veronica spends time with her family, practicing flamenco dance, playing soccer and working out.

Kath

Katharine, lovingly referred to as Kath around the office, first joined Maillot Homes after years in communication and education with Parks Canada, followed by over a decade as a technical writer and editor. When she’s not at the office she can be found hiking in the hills around Bragg Creek, heading to a pilates class, or caring for her two beloved grand dogs Oakley and Summit.  As our Business Manager Kath is part of the leadership team at Maillot Homes and oversees our human resources and finances. Her long history at Maillot Homes brings us valuable context in our day-to-day work, while her intuition and intentionality ensure we start every day with fresh integrity.

Sarah

After an eclectic early career in dance and wellness fields Sarah joined the Maillot Homes team as Marketing Coordinator. Throughout her almost decade with the company, she has taken on a vast variety of work, from real estate to accounts payable, and is now our Vice President. Sarah has a passion for organization, operations, and relationship building which makes her perfect at building efficiencies and creating a welcoming company culture. Outside of work she can be found playing soccer, swimming, practicing her drums, and binging audio books.

Brody

Brody started his career as an electrician working in production homes before moving into custom residential and project management. He enjoys the collaboration with trades, architects and designers that make complex homes to life. Throughout his career he has found the custom home building industry to be incredibly rewarding. He is inspired by the new challenges that each project offers. Outside of work Brody loves football, whether it’s playing, watching, coaching his son’s team, or connecting with others who share a passion for the sport.

Sean

Sean’s love for tools started at a young age thanks to mentorship from his Grandpa. He spent his early career in commercial construction, moved into carpentry where he loved the hands on nature of the job, and eventually landed in residential construction. He recently joined the Maillot Homes team as a Project Manager where he loves the opportunities to learn. When not crafting meticulous communications at work he can be found hiking, running, or attending a picnic with his family and golden retriever.

Colin

Before joining the Maillot Homes team in 2024, Colin installed cabinetry. His interest to understand the entire process of building a home led him to take on Site Assistant roles in both commercial and residential construction. He is excited by experiencing all parts of a custom home build and can often be found jumping in eagerly with trades on site. When not keeping his work sites clean and safe, he can be found at the gym, running, or playing guitar.

Alicia

Alicia started dancing at an early age which led her to pursue a BFA in Drama, after which she had an early career in performing and instruction. She eventually found a passion for working more behind the scenes and has worked as a Producer, Artistic Director and Arts Administrator for almost a decade. In addition to staying active in the dance community in Calgary, she joined the Maillot Homes team in 2024 as first Office Coordinator before transitioning into the role of Marketing Coordinator. She loves the team at Maillot Homes who works collaboratively, supports each other, and who trusts her to film funny social media videos. When not at work she can be found tap dancing, reading or buying an absurd amount of mugs.
