House Design
Maillot Homes recognizes that this is the most important and personal step in the decision making process when building a custom home. The design of your home does not have to be an intimidating process. We listen to our clients and work with you to determine your current and future needs, explore your personal style and taste and make your vision a reality. Planning and Analysis
You will receive a draft of your plans and our team will work with you ensuring your vision comes to life. This stage allows for many meetings since your ideas will evolve through the design process and we are committed to making it right! At this stage we also take the utmost care that all regulatory and building code requirements are met, if not exceeded by Maillot Homes.
Pre-Construction
This is the final meeting before the plans are sent out for tender. We will ensure that your plans are completed to the highest standards and all of your requirements have been met. Should you require a more thorough representation of your home prior to construction Maillot Homes can create an exact animated 3-D “walk-through” of your home.
Construction
Throughout the construction period we value your continued input and encourage our clients to take the time and join us on site so you can share in the excitement as we draw closer to the completion of your home. During construction Maillot Homes prides itself in providing a safe and clean working environment for trades, suppliers and customers.
Possession and Final Walk Through
