Maillot doesn’t just build custom homes. We also offer our skills and expertise to those who wish to renovate (and reimagine) an existing home. Our renovation projects meet the same high standard of quality and attention to detail that goes into all of our projects. The process is very similar to a regular build, except we are building on your existing foundation and frame.

• Handle all relevant permits on your behalf
• Offer the services of our design consultants
• Provide detailed and transparent budgeting and timelines
• Handle all construction and finishing details
